How long does it take for a review (ARC Review)?
Depends on the length of your manuscript, and when you want all your ARC reviews to come in. It can range from 2 weeks to a month.
Is your beta reading/ ARC review free?
Yes! Although, I do provide information for donations-it is not mandatory.
What formats should I send?
When I accept your manuscript, I will ask for you to send either in PDF, Word, or Google Docs form.
Can I quote your review for marketing?
Yes, of course! However please credit me.

Do you only read completely manuscripts?
I prefer to read completed manuscripts, however I can read partial. So send me an email, or complete the Beta Reader Form.
Can you beta read my manuscript again after edits and changes?
Of course! However keep in mind, you must complete the form again.
Will you let me know your review rating before making it public?
I prefer to rate the book, then send my review links to the author. If you can not handle criticism, I am not the reviewer for you. I am honest and will not be bribed into a higher or false rating. However, if you are doing a promo tour and strictly need postive reviews, I will let you know my rating and HOLD my review if less than 3 stars. Once the tour is done, I will post my review.
Bookstore questions
What is like-new condition?
Used books that are like-new condition have no highlighting or written texts. The pages are not folded or worn out. The spine are not creased, and there is little to no damage on the outside (small tear). However, they do have a small black or red dot on the edge of the pages.
How do you accept payment?
Once you completed your order, you will be directed to Paypal. You can enter your paypal or pay with debit and credit card. In rare cases, we accept cash if public meet up in MD, with cash you bypass the shipping fees. However please email us regarding public meet up.
Do you restock?
We restock new and old books every month. We do not guarantee the books you wanted will be restocked in the next shipment.
What is the small black or red dot on my book?
The small black or red dot are for marketing purposes. The book can not sell retail price since it is considered “used.” This is the reason our books are not retail price and are lower.
So, I sent the list of books I want. Now what?
We will send an email with your invoice. In the meantime, we will package your book(s) and ship within 1-2 business days and send tracking information. We are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen packages.

What if I sent an email days ago, and not hear a response?
We are very active on emails and social media during business hours. We check spam, and trash just in case emails are sent there. If you do not hear a response from us within 24-48 hours, please check if you entered the right email or resent another.
Do you have a physical location?
Books in Wonderland is strictly an online bookstore. However, you can follow us for pop-up shops announcements.
